The Chronic Fighter LLC provides coaching, educational content, digital resources, and access to a private community. All services are educational and supportive in nature.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website, or have parental or guardian consent.

Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, videos, frameworks, and materials (including the Chronic Fighter Method and Fighter Fundamentals), is the intellectual property of The Chronic Fighter LLC and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.

Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1:1 Coaching Packages

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no coaching sessions have occurred.
  • No refunds are available once the first coaching session has taken place.
  • Coaching sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.
  • Missed sessions require 24–48 hours’ notice to reschedule or may be forfeited.

Membership Subscriptions

  • Memberships are billed monthly or yearly and auto-renew by default.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops future billing; no refunds are issued for partial months, unused time, or past charges.

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

Affiliate Disclosure
