The Chronic Fighter
Membership
Ongoing Support for Teens & Young Adults with Chronic Illness — and for the Parents Who Love Them
Living with chronic illness isn’t something you figure out once and move on from. It changes with seasons, stress, school, relationships, and energy levels.
The Chronic Fighter Membership offers steady, compassionate support you can return to again and again — without pressure, deadlines, or live calls you have to show up for.
This is a place to learn how to apply tools in real life, feel less alone, and find strength navigating chronic illness at your own pace.
Who This Membership Is For
This membership is for:
- Teens and young adults living with chronic illness
- Parents supporting a child or young adult with complex health challenges
- Families who want guidance between appointments
- People who aren’t ready for 1:1 coaching — or don’t need it right now
- Anyone who wants support that honors fluctuating energy
What You’ll Receive
Monthly Guided Support from Liv
Each month, Liv shares a prerecorded video answering member questions and walking through how to apply Chronic Fighter tools to real-life situations — like flare days, school stress, friendships, identity, or burnout.
This is guidance rooted in lived experience, delivered in a calm, grounded way — without the pressure of live calls or being put on the spot.
Weekly Reflections & Encouragement
You’ll receive a weekly email offering perspective, validation, and gentle guidance — something steady you can return to during hard weeks or uncertain moments.
Think: reassurance, reframing, and reminders that you’re not doing this wrong.
The Chronic Fighter Resource Library
Members get full access to our growing library of practical tools, including:
- Pacing and energy management guides
- Flare-day reset checklists
- Nervous system regulation tools
- Communication and advocacy scripts
- Reflection worksheets for teens and parents
These tools are designed to be reused, not completed once and forgotten.
A Private, Moderated Community
Our private community is a supportive, respectful space for members to:
- Share experiences
- Ask questions
- Learn from others at different stages
- Feel understood without needing to explain everything
This is not a vent-heavy or chaotic space. It’s structured, moderated, and grounded in compassion and empowerment.
Purpose & Meaning
Each month includes an optional challenge tied to one of the Fighter Fundamentals.
These are not about consistency or performance — they’re about supporting your body, adapting when needed, and giving yourself grace.
Participation is always optional.
